Jan 3-8: Finding Neverland

Based on the film starring Johnny Depp, Finding Neverland is the magical story of the creation of Peter Pan and is Broadway’s biggest new hit! Performances held at Keller Auditorium.


Jan 8: $2 Days at OMSI

OMSI invites you to explore all exhibits for just $2 per person on the first Sunday of every month! Submarine Tours, Theater and Planetarium shows are reduced to $5 per person. Stay out of the cold and get your science on!


Jan 11-15: Portland Boat Show

Join the Portland Boat Show for its 57th year! The Portland Expo Center’s giant exhibition space will house hundreds of vessels including sailboats, sport boats, fishing boats, personal watercraft and much more!


Jan 13-Feb 5: 34th Reel Music Festival

This film and music festival is an annual showcase that explores the interplay between sound, image, music and culture. The festival features collections of vintage performances, documentaries, music videos, and animations. It also explores a wide variety of music genres including rock, blues, jazz, classical, opera and avant-garde.

Jan 18-22: Rose City Classic Dog Show

The Rose City Classic is noted as “the biggest dog show series in the West.” Housed in the Portland Expo Center, this event will feature 4 of the biggest all-breed dog shows in the nation, over 175 breeds and 31 specialty & group shows.


Jan 20-22: 2017 Oregon Truffle Festival

For over a decade the Oregon Truffle Festival has featured the art that is truffle hunting and preparing. Oregon’s Native truffles are a delicacy frequently compared to those in Europe. This event will feature fine dining, speakers, dog trainers, and award winning culinary artists.


Jan 26-29: Portland International Auto Show

The Oregon Convention Center hosts the 2017 Portland International Auto Show. See classic, exotic, and eco-friendly vehicles. Featuring a tech center, luxury lofts, kid’s zone & camp, and your chance to win a new car!
