Feb 2-3: Portland Seafood & Wine Festival

The 13th annual Portland Seafood & Wine Festival returns to the Oregon Convention Center! This Portland tradition will feature Oregon seafood, Oregon wine & craft beers, sand sculptures, face painting, balloon artists and much more. Bring the family!


Feb 7-11: 2018 Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show

This is the largest sportsmen show west of the Mississippi and one of the most anticipated events for outdoor sportsmen of all ages. Forty-three years strong, this attraction has helped gear outdoor gurus up with the latest and greatest. Browse gear, boats, trailers, and an enormous variety of fishing, camping, hunting, and backpacking equipment. This is a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly experience.


Feb 9-10: Wurfest

Mount Angel hosts this lively celebration of handmade sausage, German beer, and music! Enjoy great food, dancing, games, demonstrations, and peruse the artisan market. Dust off your lederhosen, starch up your Bavarian dirndl, and join the folk of Mt. Angel! All ages welcome!


Feb 13: Portland Mardi Gras Parade

Throw on your costume and join the family friendly Portland Mardi Gras Parade down Mississippi Avenue! Featuring a costume contest before the parade and food & drink specials at nearby venues. Free!


Feb 15 – Mar 1: Portland International Film Festival

The Portland Art Museum hosts the 41st annual Portland International Film Festival. Attracting an audience of nearly 40 thousand people, this festival is the biggest film industry event in Oregon. It will showcase more than 160  international feature films and shorts.


Feb 16 – 17: Mortified Doomed Valentine Show

Alberta Rose Theare hosts a night of adults telling stories about their lives by sharing their most mortifying childhood artifacts (diaries, letters, lyrics, poems, home movies)… in front of total strangers.


Feb 16-Mar 4: Chinese New Year Fair

2018 is the Year of the Dog! Celebrate the Chinese New Year at Lan Su Chinese Garden! This cultural fair will feature martial arts, lion dances, cultural performances, and arts & crafts.

Feb 24: Polar Plunge

Join pledgers for the Polar Plunge charity event on Broughton Beach! Participants will strut their stuff in the costume contest before plunging into the frigid waters of the Columbia River!
